We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale industrial, commercial, and solar land development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of project delivery - from planning and resource allocation to scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. You will coordinate teams, manage vendors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. With a strong focus on decision-making related to cost, design, and scheduling, you will drive project success while maintaining safety and high-quality standards throughout.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships, and serve as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee project execution, including developing proposals, organizing resources, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Lead teams to deliver high-quality work while promoting safety and adhering to company and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinating supply chains and services to meet project requirements
- Supervise the allocation of resources, addressing project challenges and providing effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Make informed decisions on cost, schedules, and designs, optimizing project performance and ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Ensure project budgets are adhered to, overseeing portfolios with budgets exceeding $1M
- Uphold quality control and safety protocols to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in civil engineering project management with a focus on land development project management
- Demonstrated experience managing portfolios with budgets of $1M or more
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proven ability to manage mulitple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope
